Cranford Zoning Board hearings on the application were adjourned again at the September 12, 2022 meeting. The next date has not been set.

Cranford Zoning Board hearings on the application were adjourned at the May 16 and June 27 meetings. The application hearing is now scheduled to be continued at the September Zoning Board Meeting.
The original application requested 75 apartment units. The application was reduced to 39, then 24 apartment units.
A major issue continues to be remediation of the site contamination from the property’s previous usage.
