Cranford Township Committee Meeting – Tues. May 8 @ 7:30 pm

Cranford Township Committee Meeting, Tuesday, May 8th @ 7:30 pm. Final Reading & Public Hearing on Birchwood PILOT agreement – Ordinance 2018-08: “Approving application for a long term tax exemption and authorizing the execution of a financial agreement with Birchwood Developers Associates, LLC.”  Last chance to question or comment on PILOT agreement.

Planning Board: May 2 & May 16 @ 7:30 pm. May 16 – Hartz Mountain Application to re-zone 750 Walnut Ave from Commercial to Residential in order to build 900+ apartments.

Town Council: May 8 & May 22 @ 7:30 pm.

Zoning Board: May 14 & May 21 @ 8:00 pm. May 21 – Application for Eastman Street variance to increase residential density.

Cranford Township Committee Meeting – Tues. April 10 @ 7:30 pm

The Township Committee Meeting, Tuesday, April 10 @ 7:30 pm will be introducing an ordinance to approve a 30 – 35 year tax exemption and PILOT agreement (Payment In Lieu Of Taxes) with Birchwood Developers. This is your opportunity to ask questions and voice any concerns before its approval at a future Town Council meeting.
The agenda also includes approval of the 2018 Municipal & DMC Budgets.
